Instructions to Participants

A. List of Mandatory documents to carry to the Venue
1. Documents to carry in original to the venue:
   1. Duly Filled Registration Form (Download Day-1 ,Download Day-2)
   2. ARN Card
   3. AMFI Certificate
   4. PAN Card

Please note: PAN card is mandatory. In case a participant does not carry ARN card/ AMFI certificate the ARN number or the AMFI certificate number will not be mentioned in the CPE certificate.

2. Two passport size photographs for each day.
3. DD of amount Rs 1700/- per day in case you opt for two consecutive days, otherwise Rs.1800/- per day, in favour of ‘National Institute of Securities Markets’ payable at par in Mumbai
4. Photocopies of
   1. ARN Card
   2. AMFI Certificate
   3. PAN Card

Registration process will be open from 9:00am to 10:00am only. Person/s failing to report in time will not be allowed to participate. Person/s must attend the CPE Program till the end to obtain NISM CPE Certificate.

C. Walk-in

Walk-ins will be accepted only if seats are available.
