NISM invites applications for the post of Assistant Manager for SCI - Exam Development. The last date for seeking application is 15th January 2018.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development/review of the NISM Certification Examinations which involves examination analysis, development/review of Curricula, Test Objectives, Workbook, Question banks etc.
  • Assist in the development/review of the NISM CPE Programs which includes development/review of learning objectives, session plans, Candidate’s handout, Presentation, etc.
  • Independently manage the development/ maintenance of NISM certification exams/ CPE Programs in specialized subject areas.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plan for NISM Certification Examinations
  • Assist in the process of Accreditation of Certifications for Investment Advisers and in conducting quality audits etc.
  • Conduct of research and coordination of programs, conferences, seminars, workshops etc.
  • Assist in any other activities of the SCI Examination development team.


The above mentioned job responsibilities are indicative and the candidate may be required to carry out any other responsibility across the various Schools/Departments of the Institute as per requirement.


The following are the pre-requisites:


Maximum Age (as on 30-November-2017): 35 years


Minimum Qualification and Experience (as on 30-November-2017): First class Post Graduate degree with specialization in Finance / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration (Finance), from any recognized University / Institute.
Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in Securities Markets / Financial Markets domain. Candidates who have passed one or more Certification Examinations of NISM will be given preference. Candidates with specialized subject knowledge in relevant domains will be given preference. Candidates with background in education / research / training related activities will be given preference. Candidates who have proven writing and presentation skills will be given preference.


Additional Skill Sets:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good drafting skills and analytical ability


Posting:Vashi, Navi Mumbai / Patalganga, Raigad / Chennai


Indicative Annual CTC:Ranging from Rs.5 lakh to Rs.6 lakh (inclusive of variable pay)
