Functions and Responsibilities
The indicative job responsibilities for the aforesaid positions shall be as under:
• Organizing various webinars, workshops, etc., by engaging and networking with investors/ industry professionals via digital and offline platforms.
• Invigilating the exams, Vigilance, and quality checking through video post examination.
• Ensuring timely conduct of certification examination and declaration of results, issuance of grade sheets/certificates to candidates after proper verification.
• Conducting programs related to Continuing Professional Education (CPE) including maintaining liaison with the CPE providers and empanelment of trainers.
• Supporting the conduct of long-term and short-term programs and courses.
• Scheduling and conducting Mid-term and End-term examinations, programs, tests in offline as well as online mode, including arrangement of invigilators, etc.
• Coordinating with faculties, program directors for smooth conduct of examinations.
• Managing record of results and examination answer books with respective class information.
• Issuing transcripts for the institute’s long-term educational programs and maintaining all examination-related MIS.
• Supporting the faculties and program directors in internal assessments and other program-related activities.
Required Skill Set:
• Experience in educational/training administration, including management of e-learning programs/certification programs/other educational programs shall be preferred.

II) Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/ Manager – Examination Development/ Content Development
Functions and Responsibilities
• Developing and conducting periodic review of Certification/CPE/other online Examinations (Workbook & Question Bank).
• Constituting examination committees and conducting meetings.
• Hosting and managing third-party examinations.
• Helping in designing and developing instructional materials for e-learning courses and programs.
• Interacting regularly with Resource Persons/Subject Matter Experts on content creation and reviews.
• Developing various Skill Development Modules.
• Implementing e-learning strategies and ensuring high-quality online courses.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the course/examination content.
Required Skill Set:
• Experience in educational/training administration shall be preferred.

III) Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/ Manager – Digital Marketing and Promotions/ Students Oriented Programs
A. Functions and Responsibilities – Digital Marketing
• Utilizing digital platforms including landing pages, email campaigns, lead nurturing, YouTube, and social media to effectively promote NISM programs.
• Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing strategies to maximize participant enrollment and engagement.
• Creation and management of content for NISM’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
• Analyzing, tracking, and conducting research on consumer behaviors and trends and implementing innovative growth strategies and techniques into digital marketing campaigns.
• Preparing reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns.
• Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
• Staying up to date on the latest social media trends, and implementing them in NISM’s marketing campaigns.
B. Functions and Responsibilities – Promotions/ Students Oriented Programs
• Managing and optimizing the student-oriented program database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Performing counseling and career guidance for interested students on various courses and programs offered by the Institute.
• Inviting and managing applications for NISM’s long-term and short-term programs. Coordinating with the Academic Department for smooth management of student hiring for different programs.
• Coordinating logistical aspects, accommodations, program schedules, speakers, session deliveries, and campus tours to ensure seamless participant experiences.
• Required Skill Set:
• Marketing experience in educational administration shall be preferred.
• Good knowledge of social media, digital marketing tools including landing pages, email campaigns, lead nurturing, YouTube, and other branding activities.
• Proficiency in negotiating partnership agreements and terms to ensure mutual benefit.
• Awareness of financial markets, developments, trends, and competitor activities.

IV) Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager (Financial Content Writing)
A. Functions and Responsibilities (Financial Content Writing)
• Writing and editing financial content and study materials.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders for quality content writing.
• Ensuring accuracy and clarity of the content.
• Maintaining content calendar.
• Providing training and managing the content team by updating them with the latest financial trends.
Required Skill Set:
• Knowledge of financial markets and research skills.
• Exceptional writing and editing knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of use of social media, Web content Management System.
Eligibility Criteria for All Posts:
a) Minimum Educational Qualification:
Professional degree like CA/ ACS/ ICWA or First class Post Graduate Degree or Equivalent in Finance/Securities Markets (includes one-year Post Graduate Diploma course offered by NISM)/Commerce/ Economics/ Marketing/ Operation/ Retail/ Social Media or any other relevant discipline from a reputed Institute.
b) Experience (as on November 30, 2024):
Experience of at least 3 years post minimum educational qualification (stated above) preferably in securities market or educational institution.
The selected candidate shall be assigned responsibilities, designation, and department commensurate with their qualification and experience.
Compensation:
Depending upon the qualification, college/institutions, and experience, the candidate’s pay-scale will be fixed at the level between 5-8 of 7th CPC pay matrix with the gross pay starting from Rs. 8.5 Lakhs PA.

Functions and Responsibilities

The faculty are expected to facilitate the use of innovative teaching and learning tools, support a practice-oriented pedagogy by promoting creativity and innovation, take responsibility of designing curriculum and teaching content for different programs as per the norms of the Institute, create content and conduct executive development programs and web-based education programs and other activities assigned from time to time.
The faculty are also expected to promote industry-institute linkages through a wide range of activities, including supporting various capacity building centres and programs, resource generation, involving themselves in placements etc.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent with a brilliant academic record. Candidates who have submitted thesis for award of Ph.D are also eligible to apply. However, their appointment will be confirmed only after the due award of Ph.D to them within one year of appointment.

Scope of Work:
The indicative job responsibilities for the GM Content Development position shall include the following:
1. Planning, Creation, and Distribution
Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of content across all delivery platforms, both online and offline.

Produce, curate, and optimize high-quality, engaging, and relevant content aimed at capacity building and skill development within the securities market ecosystem.
3. Collaboration with Delivery Platforms

4. Market Research and Audience Understanding
Collaborate with the Centre for Capacity Building Team and the Partnership & Marketing team to understand the target audience, key messaging, and conduct market surveys to identify learning gaps in the ecosystem.
5. Content Strategy Development
Develop and implement content strategies for all delivery platforms.
6. Content Creation using AI tools
Create content for all delivery platforms using latest technology and AI tools.
7. Content Management
Ensure effective content management across all delivery platforms.

Conduct content audits and identify opportunities for repurposing existing materials.

I. PLACE OF POSTING:

II. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Candidates with at least a Master’s degree (or equivalent professional qualification) and a having a good academic record, with not less than 15 years of managerial or professional experience in the areas of specialization mentioned above, shall be eligible for the posts of Professor of Practice/Adjunct Faculty. Candidates should have worked in senior management positions for at least 5 years. Candidates with teaching experience will be given preference.
The above criteria may be relaxed for Adjunct Faculty on the basis of the profile of the candidate.

III. DURATION OF ENGAGEMENT:
The engagement shall be on a contractual basis for a period of three years with a one year probation. The contract may be further extended based on performance.
IV. COMPENSATION / REMUNERATION:
Gross monthly emoluments for Professor of Practice will be fixed on consolidated basis ranging from Rs 1.75 L to Rs 2.25 L (all inclusive) and shall be commensurate with that of the profile of the candidate, including qualification and experience in relevant areas, as applicable.
The compensation for Adjunct Faculty shall be decided mutually, basis qualification and relevant experience.
The faculty shall be governed by workload norms as stipulated by the Institute from time to time.
